Mr. Hani Kallini is the managing partner of MENA. He has an extensive diversified experience in the fields of International Business Development, communication, branding and Marketing in the largest automotive firms in Egypt, encompassing general management of distribution
companies. Among the brands Hani managed within his years of work were Volvo, Aston Martin, Citroen, Proton/Lotus, Chrysler, Great Wall, Kawasaki, and Peugeot Scooters.
Currently a partner in a Dubai based group of companies trading and investing in Motorbikes and other range of products.
Mr. Yasser A. Seoud is the vice president of MENA for marketing and corporate communications. He is vastly experienced in international business development, global digital and traditional marketing, directing start-ups, and project management in a diverse array of industries including Travel, Media and FMCG.
Yasser made significant contributions and achieved outstanding growth rates at reputable establishments such as “Multichoice” media network in Johannesburg and Smilo DMC under Orizonia Corporation (Travel brand of Carlyle) based in London UK in the capacity of Destination Director UK. As head of Marketing and Business Development for EME Capital LLP, UK, he worked with his team to research, create and consolidate potential opportunities, handle risk mitigation and manage important projects in challenging growing markets.
Mr. Hilmi Seranoglu has 17+ years of experience in providing direction and leadership on financial management matters and internal Control process in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. This includes managing the reporting and monitoring systems of commercial activities. Hilmi was covering crucial tasks with leading companies such as Joint Ventures between Consolidated Contractors International Company, Vinci Construction grand’s projects, Wood Group PSN, Sijawade Holdings in Africa and the Middle East. His responsibilities included managing cost control, accounting and finance, administration and support divisions of the joint ventures. Through his commercial management and advisory roles in mega projects in oil and gas, engineering and maintenance, heavy civil and mechanical disciplines, he has developed distinguished expertise in these fields. He is well versed with operations, strategy and general management.
